This page contains information pertaining to the delivery aspect of your order. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
Orders to UK mainland and Channel islands will incur a charge; Express delivery will be charged at a rate of £6.99, this will be delivered within 3 days not including Sunday and Standard delivery will be charged at a rate of £4.99, this will be delivered within 5 days not including Sundays. Please contact us if delivery outside of the UK or Channel islands is needed. If you do not receive your order within this time please contact us as soon as possible.If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund subject to delivery charges incurred, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed. Refund will only be allowed provided the goods are return with in 15 days of purchase. After such time a credit note will normally be issued. We do not refund carriage charges unless the goods received were damaged.
Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time.
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please enclose our original delivery note or invoice number with the returned goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.
UK customers: Send your return via the Royal Mail. Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

Secure Online Payment
We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards. Please note we don't accept Visa Electron. We can also accept payment through PayPal. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Your Right to Cancel
Orders made online give you the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods
In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org up until the point of its despatch to you.
